These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of symbioacademy.com (the “Site”) and the content, digital products, courses, and services offered by Symbio Academy, LLC (“Symbio Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or purchasing or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Medical and Professional Disclaimer
The content and Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other provider-patient relationship between you and Symbio Academy or Dr. Chad Woodard.
You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read, watched, or accessed through the Services.
Where the Services are directed to clinicians and other healthcare professionals, the content is offered as continuing education and professional information. You are solely responsible for exercising your own independent professional judgment, complying with your licensing and scope-of-practice requirements, and determining whether and how any technique or approach is appropriate for a given patient. Symbio Academy is not responsible for clinical decisions you make or for outcomes arising from your use of the material with patients.
4. Accounts
Some Services require you to create an account or receive access credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@symbioacademy.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Access to purchased digital products is personal to you.
5. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are stated on the Site and may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is processed by our third-party processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Where a purchase includes a payment plan, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge each scheduled installment until the total is paid. Failure of a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing support@symbioacademy.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and access to the related digital product will be revoked upon refund.
This guarantee applies to eligible digital products as described at the point of purchase. Where a specific product states different refund terms at checkout, those product-specific terms will govern that purchase.
7. License to Use Digital Products and Content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Symbio Academy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital products and content you purchase, solely for your own personal or internal professional use.
You may not:
Share, resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or publicly display the content or your access credentials.
Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from the content except as expressly permitted.
Use the content to build a competing product or service.
Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this license, without refund where the violation warrants it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services — including videos, course materials, text, graphics, slides, downloads, logos, and the “Symbio Academy” and related names and marks — is owned by or licensed to Symbio Academy, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 7, no rights are granted to you.
9. User Content and Communications
If you submit comments, questions, testimonials, or other materials to us or through the Services, you grant Symbio Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that material in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you submit.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site’s operation, uploading malicious code, scraping content, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services rely on and may link to third-party services (such as Stripe, Kit, and others). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result, clinical outcome, or business result will be achieved.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symbio Academy, LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Symbio Academy, LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or, where applicable, your clinical or professional use of the material with third parties.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence, you agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
