How to Request a Refund

Include your name and the name of the product you purchased.
Send your request within 30 days of your purchase date.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Once your refund is issued, your access to the related digital product or course will be removed.
Payment Plans
If you purchased using a payment plan, an approved refund request within the 30-day window covers the payments made to date, and any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled. Access to the product will be removed once the refund is processed.
Product-Specific Terms
Some products may carry different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Where a product states its own refund terms at checkout, those terms govern that purchase. For example, certain live, in-person, or certification offerings may have separate cancellation terms.
