There was a point where I was doing everything I had been taught… and my patients still weren’t progressing the way they should. That’s when I realized the issue wasn’t effort or technique. It was what I wasn’t seeing. Once that shifted, everything about how I evaluated and treated the pelvic floor started to change.
In this training, I walk through three of the biggest things I was missing:
I kept focusing on the area that seemed most obvious…but the real driver was somewhere else entirely.
And until I started identifying it, my results stayed inconsistent.
I was thinking mechanically, but missing a layer that was influencing everything underneath it.
Once I understood how this piece affected pressure, coordination, and output, the entire picture changed.
There was a region the body prioritized above everything else...and it was quietly dictating compensation patterns throughout the system.
Until I started addressing it, nothing fully resolved.
The good news? I walk through exactly what these are and how to identify them in the training.
This isn’t about more techniques. It’s about seeing what others miss and finally getting results that hold.
“Working with Chad, we would co-treat patients and clean up not only my clinical reasoning, but also improve evaluation and treatment in real time. Seeing that process unfold changed everything about how I approach patient care.
If you have the opportunity to learn from him, it will fundamentally change how you think as a clinician.”

Dr. Stavros Vouyiouklis

I’m a physical therapist, educator, and researcher specializing in male pelvic floor dysfunction.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with complex cases that don’t respond to conventional approaches, and I’ve developed a more integrated way of evaluating and treating the pelvic floor that actually explains why patients get stuck.
I’ve taught this approach in Doctor of Physical Therapy programs, continuing education courses, and clinical mentorship settings, working with both new and experienced clinicians.
My focus isn’t on giving you more information. It’s on helping you see the problem clearly, so you can make better decisions and apply what you learn immediately with your patients.
If you want a clearer way to approach the male pelvic floor, this training will give you a framework you can start using right away.
